We are so proud to announce that a video created as a part of our collaborative efforts with Children’s Medical Center has won a Platinum Award in the 2011 Hermes Creative Awards.

The Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing, and design of emerging technologies and traditional materials and programs. The awards are administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals, an international organization comprised of several thousand marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, media production, web, and freelance professionals.  The Platinum Award means the entry received a score of 90-100 out of a possible 100 points.

This video tells the story of Adrian, a kidney transplant patient at Children’s under the care of Dr. Desai, the head of pediatric transplants. This video was featured in an HTML email appeal and used in a Text2Give campaign with Studio Movie Grill. Adrian and his superhero kidney were also featured in the Children’s newsletter, in direct mail, and in an outside marketing campaign created for Children’s by their advertising agency, The Richards Group.
