Prior to joining Pursuant Ryan spent time both on the agency side at THD, within a nonprofit at Year Up and offering nonprofit software solutions with Causemo. He has experience and interest in developing innovative strategies that efficiently identify, cultivate and solicit donors and prospects through effective engagement tactics. He has a keen ability to synthesize large data sets and identify the underlying trends and points of importance. Ryan has a proven track record in creating successful cross-channel donor engagement strategies that will deepen donor relationships with organizations and upgrade those with the most capacity and inclination to give.
Why do you do what you do?
I’ve always felt most fulfilled working to help causes I care about exceed their goals to accomplish their missions. Early on I realized that I could help nonprofits by doing something I loved, and they often lacked; Digging into their data and to help them become more efficient and maximize their fundraising potential.

With three and four year old daughters, my hands are pretty full making sure they grow up to be normal well-adjusted people. When I do have some free time, I like to go out to dinner with my wife, keep up with my Boston sports teams and get out in nature for exercise or just to have some fun.
