This time of year provides an incredible opportunity to reflect on the highs and lows of the year, to express gratitude for our abundant blessings, and to take time away from the busyness of work and spend that time with loved ones. It’s also an incredible time to give back, whether it’s volunteering at a soup kitchen, packing a box full of toys and necessities for a child in need, or sending one extra check to an organization whose cause you believe in.

Pursuant Gives Back: Repairing Wells Through Global Aid Network

At Pursuant, we’re no different than you. We are passionate about nonprofits, making a difference, and serving others. very year we look for ways to give back in practical and tangible ways.

This year we rallied together to raise money to repair five wells in Zimbabwe that serve 281 families. Pursuant decided to match employee donations two-to-one. s  As a result, more than 1,000 people will receive clean drinking water and a message of hope in 2015.

We often say, “At Pursuant, our mission is to change lives every day.” And that’s never more true than right now. Well repairs will be completed through our partnership with GAiN, Global Aid Network, an organization that provides sustainability to the world’s most poor so they have more water, more food, and more employment.

Pursuant COO, Ross Miller, spoke to Pursuant’s values: “From its inception, Pursuant was founded on serving people. Typically that takes the form of helping our clients raise more money to serve more people. It also takes the shape of investing in the lives of co-workers, colleagues, or strangers we have never met. Because of the work we do together, we have the opportunity to invest in the lives of others.”

“Pursuant is not just in the business of fundraising; we’re in the business of changing lives. The way we invest our time, energy and finances reflects our values,” says Miller

Through  our parnership with GAiN, Global Aid Network, the Village of Sango, the Village of Madoka, the Village of Chimhanzi, the Village of Nhekairo, and the Village of Choto will receive well repairs after the wells there have been broken for a combined total of 30 years.

Miller says, “We are so thankful for the meaningful work that we get to do alongside our clients every day. It is both important and impactful. Pursuant is committed to making a measurable difference in the world however, whenever, and wherever we can.”

We are grateful for your continued trust and confidence. Happy Holidays from all of us at Pursuant
